The intent of the organization is to provide funds to the Public School System, , Oklahoma. The funds will be provided to support and supplement activities such as music, athletics, school clubs, agriculture FFA, and other needs as identified by the School Board, Administration, Teachers, PTA and booster clubs.

Now, all RECD works are under the name of AIM (Aid in Myanmar) Program which was formally known as Aid Myanmar Project; (3) Church planting wherever the Lord opens the door; (4) Networking with other ministers in and out of Myanmar through Global Myanmar Ministers Alliance (GMMA); (5) Conducting the Bible Project which involves printing the Bible in the language of Myanmar; (6) Translating Christian materials from English into Burmese and Zomi (Chin) and many more.
